"Pretty frustrating checkout experience"
I was trying to place an order, but my cart kept changing on me. Items showed as available while I was shopping, then suddenly disappeared when I got to checkout. It was annoying and made the whole process feel unreliable.

I emailed them twice about my order and literally got crickets. Super frustrating, the customer service is just kinda trash.

"Some deals are good, but I expected more"
I found a couple of decent discounts, so it wasn’t a total miss, but I probably set my expectations too high for an outlet site. Some prices still felt kind of steep, and that’s on me for assuming everything would be way cheaper. Worth checking if there’s a sale, but I wouldn’t count on every item being a bargain...

i sent my order back and i'm still sitting here waiting for the refund. customer service keeps replying with what feels like the same copy-paste message every time. it’s not worth the hassle, and i don’t think i’ll order from here again

"Checkout turned into a hassle"
I tried to place my order, but the checkout just wouldn’t take my payment no matter what I did. It was frustrating, especially because paying should be the easiest part. It kind of reminded me how much the little things in an online shopping experience matter—if checkout doesn’t work, the whole thing falls apart.

"Deals are there, but the selection isn’t what they make it sound like"
I’ve found a few decent deals on Going Going Gone, so it’s not a total miss. But the selection doesn’t really live up to what they seem to promise. You’d think there’d be a ton of great shoes and clothes to choose from, but half the time it’s weird sizes, random leftovers, or stuff I wouldn’t actually buy. Every now and then you get lucky, but you definitely have to check back a lot.

"Did anyone else have stitching issues?"
The shoes looked really nice when I first got them, so I was excited to wear them. But after only two wears, the stitching started coming loose, which was disappointing. I’m not sure if I just got a bad pair or if this is a common issue, but I expected them to hold up a little better.

I was just trying to buy one pair of shoes, and somehow the whole process turned into a hassle. The pages kept loading strangely, like they would half-refresh or jump around, and every time I thought I had the filters set the way I wanted, they would reset and I’d have to start over again. Checkout also took forever, which made it even more annoying because I was already fed up by that point. I actually gave up twice before finally deciding I just didn’t want to deal with it anymore. The site really needs some work because the shopping experience was frustrating from start to finish.

I felt a little pressured because I needed it sooner, and the shipping was kinda slow. It did show up eventually though, so it worked out in the end...

"Delivery was honestly frustrating"
I finally got my order, but it showed up late, which was annoying. At least the tracking worked okay, so I wasn’t completely in the dark, but still… it’s frustrating waiting around when it doesn’t arrive when it’s supposed to.

Everything showed up exactly as I ordered, which I definitely appreciated. I’ve had missing items before, so I was half-expecting to have to deal with that again, which is always frustrating. But this time, no issues at all—order was correct and complete.
